ARTICLE 370 PAKISTAN REACTION भारत के फैसले से बिलबिलाया पाकिस्तान, दिया ये बयान

While the various political parties of the country are giving different responses on the historical decision to end Article 370 from Jammu Kashmir, on the other hand Pakistan has opposed this decision of India. Pakistan said: "Any unilateral move of the Indian government can not change the situation of Jammu and Kashmir, as contained in UNSC's proposals: Pakistan Foreign Office."

It is noteworthy that President Ramnath Kovind on Monday issued the Constitution (applicable in Jammu and Kashmir) Order 2019 related to the Government of Jammu and Kashmir, which provides for the enforcement of the Constitution of India in the state.

The President issued the Constitution (Implemented in Jammu and Kashmir) Order 2019 which came into force with immediate effect. It will replace Order 1954 implemented in Jammu and Kashmir. It states that all the provisions of the Constitution will be applicable in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. The Government said that the President has added Clause 4 to Article 367 of the Constitution in which four changes have been made.

It states that the instructions of the Constitution or its provisions shall be deemed to be directions to implement the Constitution and its provisions with respect to the said State.

On the recommendation of the Legislative Assembly of the State, the President has been recognized as the President by the President of Jammu and Kashmir, who is working locally on the advice of the Council of Ministers of the State, Instructions will be considered for the Governor of Jammu and Kashmir.

It has been said that the instructions of the government of the said state, including the instructions for the governor of Jammu Kashmir, working on the advice of his Council of Ministers, will be considered.
