If the car driver provides all the documents, then the police officer cut a challan of one thousand for not wearing the seat belt. Members of the car get out without looking at the camera after paying a fine of Rs 1000. After some time, the police stop the BJP leader's car. All the papers of the car were found, but the number plate was broken. The car stops behind the board of the finance department of the Bihar government. The inspector and two policemen ask the driver for all the papers. The driver shows the paper, but he did not wear a seat belt. The police also cut his challan.
