बिहार बोर्ड के एग्जाम रिजल्ट का इन्तजार कर रहे विद्यार्थियों के लिए खुशखबरी है। बिहार बोर्ड इसबार विद्यार्थियों को ग्रेस मार्क्स देने का फ़ैसला किया है । जिससे न सिर्फ उन विद्यार्थियों को फायदा पहुचेगा जो लगभग 3 या 4 नंबर से fail हो रहे थे बल्कि उनके भी फायदा होने जा रहा है जो 3 या 4 नंबर से first या सेकंड आने से वंचित रह जाते थे।




कैसे मिलेगा ग्रेस मार्क्स ? वे विद्यार्थियों जिनके दो विषय मे पास होने से रह गए हो और उनको दोनों विषय मे पास करने के लिए 4 % अंक चाहिए था या एक विषय मे fail हुए है उनको पास करने के लिए 8 % अंक चाहिए तो ऐसे विद्यार्थियों को grace marks देकर पास कर दिया जाएगा। इसके अलावे वे विधार्थी जिन्होंने सभी विषय को मिलाकर 75% तक अंक लाये हो औऱ किसी एक विषय मे अगर fail हो रहे है तो उन्हें फेल होने वाले विषय के लिए 10 % तक अंक दिए जा सकते है।

नोट :- ये तो रही फायदे की बात इनमें कुछ इस्तिथि में अंक नहीं भी दिए जाएंगे। जैसे ग्रेस अंक सिर्फ उन्हीं विद्यार्थियों को मिलेगा जो एग्जाम में पहले बार शामिल हुए है, यानी जो कंपार्टमेंट का एग्जाम दे रहे है उन विद्याथी को इसका फायदा नही मिलेगा। इसके अलावे जो langugae यानी मातृभाषा के विषय होंगे उनमे ग्रेस मार्क्स नहीं मिलेगा । सीधा सीधा समझिये की आपको हिंदी में ग्रेस माक्र्स नहीं मिलने वाली।

रही बात अंग्रेजी की तो आप इसमें पास होइए या फेल कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा आप के रिजल्ट पर ।

 

 


BIHAR SCHOOL EXAMINATION BOARD, PATNA
REGULATIONS FOR MODERATION OF RESULT
ANNUAL & COMPARTMENTAL SECONDARY EXAMINATION *
1. (i) For success at the S.S. examination it shall be compulsory to pass in all subjects
except in English & Optional Subjects.
(ii) For Science subject student is required to pass in Theory and Internal Assessment
Examination alltogether obtaining at least 30 marks out of 100.
(iii) For Social Science subject student is required to pass in Theory and Internal
Assessment (Literacy Activity & Project Work) alltogether obtaining at least 30
marks out of 100.
(iv) English is compulsory subject and obligatory for all to appear in this subject.
However, the marks obtained in English shall not be including in the aggregate for
the purpose of determining the division secured.
(v) Optional paper is not obligatory and not compulsory to appear. Hence the marks
obtained in Optional paper shall not be included in the aggregate for the purpose of
determining the division secured.
(vi) The division of a student shall be decided on the marks obtained in 5 subject e.g.
MIL, SIL, Math, Science, Social Science with a total of 500 marks.
(vii)Student obtaining 300 or more marks in the aggregate shall be placed in the First
division and those obtaining 225 marks or more but less than 300 marks shall be
placed in the Second division. Those securing 150 marks or more but less than 225
marks shall be placed in the Third division.
2. Save & except as otherwise provided in order to pass the S.S Examination, a student
must obtain more than 30 percent of the total marks in each subject and not less than
150 marks in aggregate.



3. A candidate failing in one subject only by not more than 8% marks or in two subject
by not more than 4% marks in each shall be given the marks he/she is short of and
result shall be declared accordingly.
(i) This regulation will not be applicable in case of candidates appearing at the
improvement & compartmental examination.
4. A candidate who has obtained at least 75% marks in aggregate but has failed in one
subject only by not more than 10% marks and can not be allowed to pass under any
other regulation, will be declared to have passed and division shall be determined
accordingly.
5. If a candidate is short of the minimum aggregate marks prescribed for 1st or 2nd
Division by 5 marks or less, he/she shall be given the minimum marks required to
make up the deficiency and shall be placed in higher division but the position in that
higher division shall be determined on the basis of the original marks secured by
him.
** In no case double benefit of regulation shall be allowed.

FOR COMPARTMENTAL
6. (a) Eligibility for Compartmental in Secondary Examination :
A candidate failing in two of the five subjects of external examination shall be
placed in Compartment in those subjects provided he/she qualifies in all the subjects
of Internal Assessment.
(b) Compartmental Examination for Secondary School Examination :-
1. A candidate placed in Compartment may reappear at the Compartmental
Examination to be held in July/August and may avail himself/herself of the second
chance in March/April next year and may further avail himself/herself of the third
chance at the Compartmental Examination to be held in July/August of that year.
The candidate will be declared ‘Pass’ provided he/she qualifies the Compartmental
subject/subjects in which he/she had failed.
2. A candidate who does not appear or fails at one or all the chances of Compartmental
shall be treated to have failed in the examination and shall be required to reapper in
all the subjects at the subsequent. Annual Examination of the Board as per syllabi
and courses laid down for the examination concerned in order to pass the
examination. The candidate shall have the option to appear at the practical
examination in the subjects involving practical or retain their previous marks in one
more annual examination after the third chance Compartmental.

Note : Those Students who failed in English in the Annual Examination may sit in
Compartmental Examination also in addition to two other subjects in which they
failed at Annual Examination.
